At just 14 years old, Kausar from Kazakhstan has taken an extraordinary step by developing a project dedicated to empowering Kazakh teenage girls. Her initiative focuses on helping them plan their lives effectively during adolescence, a crucial time for forming habits and making decisions. Inspired by other personal development projects, Kausar identified a particular need in her community: many of these programs were conducted in Russian and required a fee, leaving many young girls without access. This led her to create a 30-day marathon where participants could improve their lives and adopt long-term beneficial habits.

Over time, she attracted several teenagers, and by the end of the marathon, the results were remarkable. A los 14 años, Kausar, originaria de Kazajistán, ha dado un paso extraordinario al desarrollar un proyecto dedicado al empoderamiento de las adolescentes kazajas. Su iniciativa tiene como objetivo principal ayudarlas a planificar sus vidas de manera efectiva durante la adolescencia, un momento crucial para la formación de hábitos y la toma de decisiones. Inspirada por otros proyectos de desarrollo personal, Kausar identificó una necesidad particular en su comunidad: muchos de estos programas estaban en ruso y eran de pago, lo que dejaba a varias jóvenes sin acceso a ellos. De esta manera, Kausar creó un maratón de 30 días donde las participantes pudieran mejorar sus vidas y adoptar hábitos que las beneficiarían a largo plazo.

El momento decisivo que la llevó a concentrarse en su proyecto fue el desafío inicial de reunir participantes. Este obstáculo no la desmotivó, sino que la impulsó a enfocarse más en su labor y mejorar la metodología de su programa. Una de las participantes leyó seis libros en un mes, mientras que otra logró mejorar su salud física perdiendo peso, y otras implementaron rutinas de vida más equilibradas gracias a las conferencias semanales sobre temas como la gestión del tiempo y la realización de proyectos.

Kausar considera que su mayor logro hasta la fecha ha sido ver el impacto positivo en las vidas de las chicas y recibir sus valiosas opiniones. Este resultado la motiva a continuar, incluso cuando ha pensado en cerrar el proyecto debido a las dificultades. La motivación que le dan las participantes ha sido el motor para continuar adelante, y gracias a ello, planea expandir el proyecto. Sus planes incluyen una segunda fase con más participantes y la posibilidad de colaborar con organizaciones más grandes para ampliar su alcance y ofrecer más oportunidades.
