The organization provides free 1-on-1 tutoring in subjects ranging from math to science and humanities. “Las llamadas ‘clases filtro’ me marcaron,” recuerda. “Los estudiantes no fallaban por falta de interés, sino porque nunca se les dio una oportunidad real.”

En lugar de aceptar esa realidad, Cifei creó PinkGap con un objetivo claro: cerrar la brecha—académica, emocional y social—que impide avanzar a muchos estudiantes, especialmente a niñas y jóvenes subrepresentadas. Lo que empezó como un modesto programa de tutoría es ahora una iniciativa global con más de 11 capítulos y 2,400 voluntarios en todo el mundo.

A futuro, Cifei planea expandir PinkGap internacionalmente, abriendo capítulos en regiones vulnerables y sumando tutores bilingües para servir mejor a estudiantes de distintos contextos culturales y lingüísticos.

Quiere un mundo donde el acceso a la educación de calidad no dependa del privilegio, sino del compromiso, la pasión y el trabajo en equipo.
